We offer a range of e-learning courses on our Skills Designer Academy platform.

This module is intended for participants with either very little or no prior experience of a processing workshop or processing plant environment.

It is also suitable for individuals wishing to progress to a career as a Process Technician and also for individuals who would like an overview of processing operations. 

 

 

Learning Objectives : 

Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to: 

  • Briefly explain how oil and gas is formed 
  • Describe the basic characteristics of oil & gas reservoirs and hydrocarbon properties 
  • Outline main techniques throughout the oil and gas value chain: from exploration, production, refining, storage and transfer

Teaching methods :

  • The course will be delivered by means of 20 e-learning sessions.
  • No workshop practice content is required for this course. 
  • Ongoing course tests are performed to measure knowledge acquisition during the e-learnings.
