Actemium Oil & Gas Commissioning is providing expertise worldwide Onshore and Offshore for Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning from the detailed engineering phase through to construction and handover.

Our expertise in recognized worldwide, and especially thanks to:

• Multi discipline approach : we provide skilled personnel covering all fields of application (Instrumentation, controls, telecom, and network, electrical, HVAC, Mechanical, Process, Piping…)
• Strong knowledge in systems completion methodologies : more than 15 years involved in Commissioning working for major projects (FPSOs, tank reconversion, Process Platforms, LNG Plant) and smaller projects (Well heads platforms, scrubbers on commercial ships).
• Innovation : developing tools allows to gain quality and save time and communicate easily with the stakeholders.

Expertise

Systems Completion

From the early stage of the project until the delivery of the asset, our mutli-discipline team will provide its expertise through all the Pre-commissioning & Commissioning process including the Completion Database management.

Our involvement in major projects as well as smaller ones, working for a wide range of end customers and specifications, our team is adaptable to the needs and requirements of the project, and can work in any environment.

Commissioning Engineering

Our Team have the knowledge to perform the Commissioning Engineering of any project, including

• Analysis of the Client’s specification, project documentation as well as vendor documentation.
• Systemization of the asset of any project, by breaking it down into several systems, defining precisely those systems and mark-up the project’s documentation to visualize them
• The generation of the required Documentation to perform the Commissioning of the project, such as General Procedures, Schedules, Test Procedure, and Commissioning Database creation and population.

Commissioning Execution

Our Team also have the technical expertise to perform Commissioning Execution, starting with Static Commissioning, which includes individual tests of all the project’s equipment, discipline by discipline (electrical, mechanical, instrumentation and control, telecom, process…). The Dynamic Commissioning allows then to test the Functionality of the equipment, with several disciplines working together. The Completion Management records and tracks all the data issued from the tests, as well as deviation and punch lists. The final documentation is issued in the Commissioning Dossiers.

Mark-Up improvement

Our team has designed MARK-UP TOOL to increase drastically the quality of the sub-system delineation. This tool provides efficiency for the commissioning process by:

• Saving time
• Simplifying colors / sub-system selection
• Improving updates
• Generating progress reports

Benchmarking

To ensure the client satisfaction of our services, our internal tool WEBAPP allows us to enhance our continuous improvement process through projects benchmarking and close project progress and monitoring.

Standardized Reports

Interactive dashboard directly linked to the Systems Completion Database allows close progress monitoring and improve the visualization form of the progress reports.

Global Agreement

Our involvement to deliver projects completion on the right and safe manner has been recognized by three major International Oil Companies:

• Commissioning contractors approved by TOTAL (Approved Vendor List)
• Systems Completion contractors approved by Chevron (Master Services Agreement)
• Commissioning contractors approved by BP (Global Services Agreement)

Global Commissioning Contract

Actemium Oil & Gas Commissioning brings added-value between the Construction and Start-Up phases for the Oil & Gas industry.

We rely on on our large pool of Commissioning Experts, who can either use our own Commissioning Methodology or the Project’s Commissioning Methodology.

Tyra Redevelopment Project

Currently ongoing, this project aims to modernize Offshore Gas planforms in Denmark

Gallaf Phase 2 Batch 1

Completed in 2021, this project was the first batch of a new set of platforms offshore Qatar. Actemium successfully provided key Commissioning positions.

Gallaf Phase 2 Batch 2

Currently ongoing, this project is the second batch of platforms of Gallaf Phase 2.

Gallaf Phase 2 Batch 3

Currently ongoing, Actemium hase just been awarded as Gallaf Batch 3 EPCIC 06 Commissioning Subcontractor.
